Vegan cheese workshop
An easy-breezy workshop, for around 20 people. In the workshop we learned to how to prepare 3 different types of cheese, made out of a soy base.

Tamale & Fermentation
With the guidance of the brilliant Dr. Keta, we hosted a group of 25 people and learned how to make vegan Tamales with fermented Tomaten-Salsa.

After cooking together, we sat down to eat, chat and eat some more.  
Arts & crafts with maize
In preparation for the Maize Sitting, we embraced a true root-to-fruit approach, determined to utilise the whole vegetable.

We hosted an open workshop to create corn dollies. Corn dollies have a rich history and are found in various forms in almost all ancient grain-growing societies, dating back to early Mesoamerica.
Workshops
Every couple of weeks we do a workshop on changing topics like: Vegan cheese making, fresh pasta, bread & brioche, preservation & pickling and more..
The workshops are held in a cozy studio in Neukölln, next to a lovely garden
